He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, C.B. Jourdan, Sr., his maternal grandmother, Joyce Marie Evans, and his faithful dog, Murf.
He is survived by his parents, Charles (father) and Emily Jourdan, Lisa (mother) and Dan Moorehead, his brother, Cory and Amber Jourdan, three nieces, Rosalyn, Giavanna, and Larissa, his loving grandmother, Betty Jourdan, his forever fur-puppy, Duke Jourdan, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ben was an accomplished musician, the best practical joker ever, an artist, and loving son and brother. Following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, Ben was a journeyman electrician. Ben was a people person, a true Christian, and loved to spread the love of God.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 30, 2017 from 12:30 until the time of the funeral service 2:00 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133.
