Carolyn Denise Butler, age 67, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away on Monday October 29, 2018. Carolyn was born October 9, 1951.

Carolyn loved reading and enjoying cruises with friends and family. She was always loving and giving and enjoyed being a preschool teacher at Little Bear Preschool.

She was preceded in death by her son Robbie Mitchell.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 29 years, Randy Butler; One son Greg Mitchell (Amanda); one daughter, Lisa Wilkerson (Carl); one brother Ron Whitehurst (Linda); two sisters Patricia Bone (Leslie) and Kathy Howard (Wilber); 15 grand children and 13 great grandchildren.

The family will gather to receive friends Thursday November 1 from 5 - 8 PM at Memphis Funeral Home, with the funeral service being held Friday at 10 AM, also at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Parkway, Bartlett TN 38133.
