David Daniel Tomlinson, age 91, of Germantown, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at his home. He was born December 10th, 1932 in Hickory Flats, Mississippi to Gurvis and Lucille Tomlinson. David served his country in the Army as a police officer in the 709th battalion stationed in Aschaffenburg, Germany from 1953 to 1955. He received a diploma in Religious Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1961. He retired from Delta Airlines after 37 years with the company.
David is survived by his beloved wife, Mimi Tomlinson; sons, Mike Tomlinson of New Port Richy, Florida, Craig Tomlinson of Hudson, Iowa and his sister, Winnie Childers of Olive Branch, Mississippi.
