David Larry “Yogi” Yelverton of Arlington, TN passed away March 5, 2016 peacefully in his sleep. He was born February 14, 1950 to Harry and Betty Yelverton. Yogi was co-owner with his brother, Danny Yelverton, of Top of the Line Countertops. He loved spending time with family, and was always helping others. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Brooks and Maggie Yelverton, and granddaughters, Parker and Suzi, of Fort Smith, AR, his son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Stephanie Yelverton and granddaughters, Paige and Payton of Southaven, MS, daughter and son-in-law, Emeri and Brad Sorrells, granddaughter, Emerson and grandson, Brooks of Hernando, MS, brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Kathy Yelverton of Hernando, MS, sister, Melody Vance of Memphis, TN, sister and brother-in-law, Tonya and Mark Babb of Nesbit, MS. He is also survived by his partner, Betty Sisco and her children, Lola (Donald) Davis and Jackie (Casey) Sisco. He will be greatly missed by anyone who knew him. Family will receive friends for a visitation Tuesday, March 8 from 2-4 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home, 3700 N. Germantown Rd.
