Hey babe I can't believe it's been a little over a year since you went to your eternal home where there's no pain and suffering.There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. We have another precious grandson Spencer Franklin. Skyler is a great big brother.He's very protective of him. Valerie is having another little boy. Her little one and Spencer will be a little over a week apart. It's going to be fun watching them grow up I know you're always watching over us, but that doesn't keep me from wishing you could be here.Love you bunches.

To my husband,partner & friend. I remember when we first found out you had the dreaded c word. I felt my heart drop, and then realized that God was in control, and he doesn't give us any more than we can handle. I relied on my faith to get me through. I was so excited when we found out the treatments worked to help the cancer on your tongue. Then when it was time for another test to see how the cancer was doing, and to be told it had metastasized to your liver & lungs. I felt my heart drop once again, and I didn't feel as strong as I did the first time, but you were strong for us both. You fought this ugly disease with all you had until the very end. I wish I had taken my leave earlier, so I could have had some extra time alone with you. I remember the talk we had the night before you died, and I reassured you that if you didn't want to fight this battle anymore it would be okay,because I knew you were in so much pain you couldn't hide it anymore. It hurt me to see you suffering,and knowing I couldn't do anything to help you. I'm so glad you're not suffering anymore. My heart is heavy because I miss you dearly. You will always be in my heart until the day we see each other again.

Uncle Donny you'll always be missed and loved dearly.  There is no suffering in heaven so I take comfort knowing you are no longer in pain. You are an angel now and heaven will be better with you there. Love you always!

Uncle Donny there are no words I can put here to express how much my heart misses you. From the day we found out you had cancer until you took your last breath you were a fighter. I'll never forget when I had Lawson and you took the time out of your day to come see me in the hospital. I've been thinking over the last few days about all of the wonderful memories I was able to make with you, Tracy, Amy and Drew over the years. You have made such an impact on those around you and I truly hope that I did enough over the years to show you how much I loved you. You will never ever be forgotten :)

Donny my little brother you had a long struggle with that ugly cancer. You were strong till the end for your family. I know you are having fun with Mom, Dad, Tommy and Lorane. I will see you again some day in the future. We all love you little brother.
