Edna Ernestine Everett, 96, of Germantown, TN passed away Monday, July 31, 2017. She was born October 14, 1920 in Forrest City, Arkansas to the late, Lonnie and Pearl Tracy. Edna loved gardening, was a fabulous baker and cook. She was a kind, gracious, strong hearted woman and loved her family dearly as well as taking care of them. Edna married Haskell Everett May 23, 1950, which preceded her in death in 2002. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa (Terri) Everett Smith in 2003; and is survived by her son, Don Everett; daughter-in-law, Barb Everett; granddaughters, Lindy Trembath (Eric), Tina Wilson (Jeff) and Nicole Duffy; great grandchildren, Josh Wilson, Claire Wilson, Brannon Duffy, Keaton Duffy and Kiley Trembath; additional family members, Carla, Ty and Heaven Martin. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN with a graveside service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Road, Memphis, TN.
