CWO-4 Edward Patterson Beason, retired Naval Officer, 78, dies Friday October 28, 2011 in Orlando, Florida at the home of his daughter, Betty Lou Lopez. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 2 from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home on Germantown Parkway. Funeral will be Thursday November 3 at 2 p.m. in Memory Hill Gardens, Germantown Parkway. Mr. Beason leaves two daughters, Jane Sykes and husband, Wayne of Mocksville, NC and Betty Lopez and husband, Rick of Orlando, Florida. Mr. Beason was blessed with three grandchildren, Quinn Sykes and wife, Janette of Wakefield, MA, Janell Russell and husband, Robert of Jacksonville, NC and Shiloh Adams and husband, Dean of Orlando, Florida. Mr. Beason also was blessed with six great-grandchildren, Blake, Peyton and D.J. Adams of Orlando, FL and Ryan, Logan and Jacob Russell of Jacksonville, NC. Mr. Beason was respected and loved and will be greatly missed.
