He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Frances Marino; two daughters, Vicki Marino Herbert and Mary Jo Marino; a sister, Mamie Merwin; four grandchildren, Josh Herbert and David Herbert, of Memphis, TN and April Allen and Brittni Allen of Knoxville, TN. He also leaves two nieces, Janet Burkett and Pat Roberts and a nephew, Joe Caccamisi.
Even though he was retired, he spent most of his time greeting people at Leonard’s BBQ Restaurant. Perhaps you remember him, a kind, humble man who will truly be missed.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 9 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, on N. Germantown Rd from 1-2 p.m. with services immediately following. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.memphisfuneralhome.net.
