

Fuller Todd, 80, of Cordova, was born on March 26, 1935 in Holly Springs, MS and went home to Heaven on July 16, 2015. He was the son of Maud Franklin Todd and Mamie Gardner Todd, graduated from Millington Central High School in 1953. Fuller was saved and made his profession of faith at the age of 14. He recorded at Sun Records and King Records in Memphis and continued writing and singing music through the rest of his life. He performed many Saturday nights at the Strand Theater in Millington, TN with many of his long-time close friends. Fuller had worked for Mercury Motors, Ryder P.I.E., Humana Dental Group and Costco for the last 13 years. Some of his favorite pleasures were collecting, listening to and cataloging music, hosting Purple Martins for their nesting season, gardening and flowers, woodworking, photography, family events and a good ole cold watermelon. Mr. Todd leaves his beloved wife, Cecelia Joyce Todd; five daughters, Robin Todd Dermake, Tina Todd, Bonny Beth (Greg) LeMay, Lauren (Jonathon) Lemmons and Anna Todd; ten grandchildren; two great granddaughters, a great grandson and a multitude of extended family and friends. Fuller was preceded in death by his parents; Franklin and Maggie Todd and Caryn Holland Clem; sisters Gladys, Barbara and Marvel; and brothers Jimmy and Billy. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 25 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. with visitation beginning at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens.
