James Milton Craft Sr., 89, of Memphis, passed away on July 6, 2012. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Sue Craft, and daughters, Margaret Craft Plant and Alyce Craft Cannon. Mr. Craft leaves behind, a brother, Charles “Pete” Craft, a sister, Faith Marcotte of Columbus TX., a grand daughter, Rachel Plant, a son-in-law, Phil Cannon, son, Milton Craft, three grandsons, James (Stacy) Craft, Dustin Craft and Zachary Craft, and two great grandchildren, Steven Craft and David Craft. Mr. Craft graduated from Humes High School and was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 11, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. from 9-10am with a funeral service starting at 10am. Memorial contributions can be made to, Margaret C. Plant Scholarship fund at Aldersgate UMC, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or a charity of one’s choice.
