

Jennie was born on September 15, 1958, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Donald Bradley and Merle Bradley. She was raised with strong values that shaped her lifelong commitment to serving others. She is survived by her beloved brother, Donnie Bradley.
On July 23, 1983, Jennie married the love of her life, Michael Milligan, and together they built a home rooted in faith, love, and encouragement. Their marriage was a testimony of devotion and partnership.
Jennie was a proud and loving mother to Lindsey Nabors (Cameron), Wesley Milligan (Amber), and Bradley Milligan (Shelby). She was a devoted grandmother to Abigail, Noah, Aiden, Knox, Raelynn, Levi, and Luke, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
A woman of deep faith, Jennie was a Christian and dedicated Bible teacher, touching countless lives through her wisdom, kindness, and unwavering belief. She served faithfully as a special education teacher, where her patience, compassion, and gentle spirit made a lasting impact on her students and colleagues.
Jennie had a heart for people and a gift for encouragement. She was known for writing thoughtful cards for every occasion, making sure no one at church ever felt forgotten. She always had a huge smile on her face and spoke to you like you were the most important person in the room. She loved to travel, cherished time with her family, and was a loyal fan of University of Memphis Tigers football.
Above all, Jennie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, and faithful servant of God. Her life was a reflection of grace, generosity, and steadfast love. She will be deeply missed and forever treasured by all who knew her.
