Mr. John Paul Porter, 75, of New Orleans, Louisiana, formerly of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away Friday, October 2, 2020 at the V.A Hospital-New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Porter was an aerospace engineer and a member of the Louisiana National Guard. He was a dedicated engineer and a proud veteran that served in Afghanistan in 2003. Mr. Porter is survived by his children, Elliott Porter and Angela Porter. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2020 with military honors to be rendered at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN
