We are saddened by the loss of Joseph “Joe” Graham Tidwell Jr., 77, of Eads, Tennessee. Joe passed away peacefully on August 10, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Born on October 29, 1946, in Houston, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Joseph and Minnie (nee Kilpatrick) Tidwell.

Joe was Executive Vice President of Indmar Marine Engine. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf and loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kathy Tidwell (nee Rowe); their two daughters, Amy Thomas (Brad) and Audra Tidwell (Shawn); his three grandchildren, Hunter, Jordan and Kaitlyn Thomas; and his brother Roy Lynn Tidwell.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 16th on the grounds of Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at the Peace Mausoleum located at 3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Memphis, TN 38133.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity or organization of your choosing in his honor.
