EVERINGHAM, JOYCE DUBERT passed away on August 17th, 2025. Preceded in death by her parents John G. and Genie (Herda) Dubert and her husband, Neil G. Everingham. She received a Bachelor's degree Summa Cum Laude from the University of Albany and a Masters from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, NY. She completed extensive post-graduate work at both universities. A library media specialist in Canaseraga, Perry, Westhill, East Pembroke, NY and Williamsport, PA, she was the Supervisor of Libraries in the Syracuse City School District in the 1970’s. In 1989 she retired as the Executive Director of the Western New York Library Resources Council in Buffalo and moved to Tucson, AZ. There she engaged in extensive genealogical research. Survived by her son, N. Mark Everingham and his wife, Kathy, of Millington, TN. Graveside services will be held at Grace Cemetery, Castile, NY, at a later date.
