Judith Elizabeth “Judy” Stauffer, 73, of Bartlett, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was a former psychiatric nurse with Baptist Hospital. Ms Stauffer is survived by a sister, Mary Stauffer of Bartlett; niece, Sarah Smith; nephew, George Stauffer and her longtime friend, Jimmie Houston. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Winifred Stauffer and a brother, Butch Stauffer. A Funeral Mass will be at 5 p.m., Monday evening, August 17 at St. Anne Catholic Church on Highland with a short visitation time beginning at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to either the Memphis Humane Society or the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill.
