Kermit Rae Morgan, age 80, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday

July 20, 2021. Kermit was born on June 17, 1941 in Memphis, TN. He was a

1959 graduate of Christian Brothers High School and attended Memphis State. He was a member of the Steamfitters Local 614 for 60 years.

Kermit was preceded in death by his parents, H.K. and Rachel Morgan. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, June B. Morgan, his sister, Michelle Morgan, his children; Alisa Morgan Rhodes (Gary), Melanie Morgan, Stephanie Morgan Rossi (Mike), and Lyle Morgan (Stephanie). He adored his six grandchildren; Morgan and Carson Rhodes, Michael Rossi, and Mallory, Cole, and Grace Morgan.

The family will receive friends Thursday July 22, 2021 from 5:00-7:00pm at Memphis Funeral Home, 3700 N. Germantown Parkway Bartlett, TN 38133. A private graveside service will be held for the family on Friday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Memphis Union Mission.
