Lucille Hall, 96, of Memphis, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 2, 2015. She was a member of the Church of God since 1949, where she was active in her younger years and was the past president of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was a dedicated mother and wife and loved her family very much. Mrs. Hall, the widow of Buford D. Hall, is survived by a daughter, Voncille Rye of Memphis; a son, Joe Hall of Somerville; a sister, Mildred Hester of Moss Point, MS; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Luther Henry Hall; and two brothers, Odie Lee and Pete Bonds. Visitation will be this evening, Tuesday, August 4 from 6-8 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at the funeral home with interment to follow in Memorial Gardens.
