Norman “Dale” Hastings, 71, died peacefully at home on June 25, 2017. Norman was a United States Air Force veteran who served the majority of his time in Holland The Netherlands. He was a retired field engineer for Kodak. His favorite hobbies included carpentry projects, riding his motorcycle, traveling and playing online computer games with his brother. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carol Ann Hastings; his daughters, Kem Miller (Mike), Leigh Graham (Kenny), and Tina Hastings; his grandchildren, Alaina Miller, Olivia Miller, Alyssa Isenhour, and Jesse Doty. He also leaves two brothers, Billy Hastings (Linda) and James Hastings (Carol) along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. During his last several years, he suffered with Alzheimer's. During the last months, he was cared for at home by his family and Hospice. A special thank you to Amedisys for all their help and support. The family will receive friends at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 1:00 pm. followed by the funeral service at 2:00 pm.
