Ricky George Wickham, 62, of Bartlett, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2011 while at his home on the Tennessee River. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. and funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway in Bartlett. Rick was a past member of Nativity Catholic Church in Bartlett, and he was retired from Memphis Light, Gas, and Water. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving in the Vietnam War where he received the Purple Heart. Rick was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend, and his memory will live on forever in those that knew him. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sandra L. Wickham; his daughter, Karen E. Pyle (Shannon) of Ocean Springs, MS; his son, Mark W. Wickham of Pensacola, FL; and 4 grandchildren, Brennon Pyle, Cali Pyle, Hannah Pyle, and Caitlin Wickham.
