I just heard from a friend about Robert. It brought back a flood of memories. We all lived in North Memphis and went to Chelsea Avenue Methodist Church. He was always nice and I loved him and his family. I know everyone will miss him.

With his ability to see the best and the humor to solve the worst, while maintaining a level of professionalism, it was a pleasure to work with Robert for many years.  Our thoughts are with all the friends and family he has touched.

I have just learned of Robert's passing, and am extremely saddened.  Having worked with him for many years I knew him to have a wonderful humor, and a true gentlemen.  My heart goes out to Pat, his Children and Grandchildren!  We've all have lost one of the good ones!

I will miss you, Robert Harold -- I loved your sparkling eyes and your wonderful smile. You were such a fun person to be with and I have fond memories of our growing up together.

wondering if I told Robert enough how terrific I thought he was. He had so much more faith in me than I had in myself when I came to work for the bank. Thanks so much for being an amazing boss and friend. I miss you my friend....You had me from hello!

I am so sorry to hear about Robert's passing.  He was such a wonderful person.  I will always have great memories of him.  I will be praying for all of you because you are going to miss him so much.  I know he is having a great time with his Dad and Jesus.

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Porter's passing.  It was really a pleasure to work with him at the bank.  He was one of the nicest and most concerned managers a person could ever ask for.  May God comfort you during this time.

So sorry to hear of Robert's death. Even though I only knew him thru banking channels, I considered him a great friend & someone who was always eager to help with any problem. We always shared a laugh as to how some of these problems happened & it always brightened my day to speak with him. May God comfort all of Robert's family & friends. He will be missed

We were all saddened to hear about Robert.  He was a banker friend who was always ready to help you solve a banking problem.  We have known and worked with Robert for 28 years.  Our prayers go up for the family and his co-workers who have known and worked with Robert for many years.  May God be with each of you today and the days ahead to help fill the void he leaves behind. All of his friends from First National Bankof Oxford, MS are thinking of you.

The news of Robert Harold passing has saddened me.  However, I'm left with all the pleasant childhood memories of playing with him and Shelia Ann. 

It was partially through him and the family that I began to learn the meaning of love and respect.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
