Robert “Danny” Walker, 61, of Cordova, retired City of Memphis employee, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father John R. Walker Sr. and his mother Della Marie James. Danny is survived by his sons; Jason Walker (Lisa), Brandon Walker (August), two sisters Pam Slaughter, Alicia Walker, three brothers John Ronnie Walker , Scott Walker, Bobby James, four grandchildren Jocelyn, Gavin, Gray, and Mara Walker, and his step mother Peggy Walker. The family will receive friends from 5pm until 7pm, on Friday, January 13, 2017, with funeral services to be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at 10am, all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N.
