Roy E Morrisson, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his parents Ervin “Bailey” Morrisson and Mary Magdalene Morrisson and five brothers Hartwell Morrisson, J.P. Morrisson, Alfred Morrisson, Floyd Morrison, Richard Morrisson, and two sisters Elizabeth Wilson, and Thelma Ragland. Roy is survived by his children James Edward Morrisson (Joy), Patricia Bergquist. Emily King (Frank), one sister Velma Bryant, four grandchildren Stefanie Hart, Joanna Hulsey, Wesley Williams, and Ashley McDermott. He also leaves twelve great grandchildren Eli Mitchell, Liam Mitchell, Ava Mitchell, Able Hart, Ainsley Hart, Arys Hart, Avynne Hart, Lane Hulsey, Caroline Hulsey, Roman McDermott, Ellis McDermott, and Everett Acosta.
The family will receive friends from 11am, until service time at 1pm, on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at Arlington United Methodist Church, 6145 Quintard Rd. Arlington, TN 38002 , with burial to follow in Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, TN.
