Russell Guilliams born in Newport, Indiana passed away at a young 97, he resided in Tampa, FL for the past 2 years and prior to that he was a longtime resident of Memphis, TN.

Mr. Guilliams served during WWII in the Army Corp Of Engineers. He worked for DuPont Chemical Company in which he retired from at the age of 58. Russell enjoyed golfing, bowling, and traveling. He was a member of the Christian bowling league up till age of 92. Russell was active member and elder of Frayser Christian Church and Decatur Trinity Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Martha, his daughter Joan Dacus, and his brother Donald Guilliams.

Mr. Guilliams is survived by his granddaughter, Elaine Bennett, his brother Orville Guilliams, one grandson, Albert Dacus, and two great grandchildren, Jacob and Taylor Bennett.

A graveside service will be held at 10am on Saturday, August 10, 2019, at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Rd Memphis, TN.
