Scotty A. Dillard, 60, of Eads, TN., passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Glynn Dillard. Mr. Dillard is survived by, his loving wife of 35 years, Pamela Wilkes Dillard, two daughters, Laura K. Dillard and Ashley M. Dillard, a sister, Joelynn DeWall, and a brother, Randy Dillard. Mr. Dillard was a member at Bellevue Baptist Church. He also was a retired Lt. on the Fire Dept. for the City of Bartlett. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, November 21 from 5-7pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. The funeral will be held on Saturday, November 22 at 10am also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers we would like donations to be sent to Bellevue Baptist Church.
