My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.  May the good memories linger and know Steve is at peace in God's good hands.

Three sisters had six boys in three years.  I was the fourth and cousin Steve was the fifth.  We were a close knit bunch, growing up together in the sixties.  Like a pack of wolves, but not wild, really.  So despite seeing each other over the years since then, I'll always remember Steve as the boy I grew up with, possessed of a certain sweetness, a gentleness he never grew out of.  Everyone who knew him experienced that.  I think it was his special gift.  Kimberly and I send our heartfelt sympathies to Natalie, and to all of Steve's family and friends.

Thank you, Steve, for making my life-long friend the happiest woman in the world. I am praying for comfort for the entire family.

Ed, Beth and family, I am sorry for your loss.  Stephen was blessed to have you and Natalie to surround him with love and support until the end.

Steve worked with my husband, Wayne, at Coventry Health Care in Bethesda, Md.  Steve was an inspiration to Wayne.  There were many days when Wayne would come home from work and tell me about Steve's difficult journey.  Wayne was impressed that Steve was handling it with much grace, optimism, grit, courage and determination.   Wayne was diagnosed with cancer in October of 2012 and his journey ended in January 2014.  During Wayne's battle with cancer, Steve would call Wayne and even visited us at our home.  Steve would encourage Wayne to never give up.  Your husband was truly amazing and I really appreciated that Steve took the time to give Wayne the needed support as Wayne travelled down a very difficult road.  

I am thinking of you and all of Steve's family and wishing you comfort in the memories and the love that you all shared.

I had the pleasure of knowing Steven from the days when we attended Lynbrook HS together. It is a comfort looking back on many good times shared and great memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with Natalie, Ed and the family at this difficult time.

I am so sorry to lose my cousin, Steve.  He was a kind and gentle person. I will always treasure the summer vacations and holidays we spent together with our families. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to Natalie and all of Steve's family and friends.
