Tracy was a goofy, charismatic, and fun-loving man. He is remembered fondly for being a character and his prankster ways. He loved making others laugh; especially his sisters. He grew up as the youngest of four siblings, and the only boy.
He was a talented cook, loved rock music, and enjoyed spending time on the phone with his sisters talking about their favorite television programs and music. Tracy was a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo who trained and taught at Master Kim’s. He was a true Patriot.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joyce and Louis Bowen.
He is survived by his sisters, Darla Shannon (Mike), Tammy Harrison, and Ronda Rotnicki (Rich); 6 nieces, 2 nephews, 5 great-nieces, 4 great-nephews; and his beloved companion, a petite goldendoodle named Frankie.
A visitation for Tracy will be held Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133, followed by a celebration of life beginning at 10:00 AM.
