She was born to the late Herbert and Eva Snow on February 4th, 1940 in Malden, Missouri. She worked as a telephone operator in Malden, MO, Sikeston, MO, West Memphis, AR, and Memphis, TN. She retired from the phone company and worked several more years as a cashier at Luby’s Cafeteria. She was also a long time member of Bellvue Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sisters, Phonda Kaye Oliver, Connie Snow; nieces, Tammy Oliver Fletcher (Keven), Beth Oliver Seaman (Stuart); great-nephews, Jack Fletcher (Kimberly), Will Fletcher, David Seaman, great-niece, Emma Claire Fletcher; great-great nephew Ford; and great-great niece, Ella.
In lieu of flowers the family asks memorials be made to the West Cancer Foundation in honor of Wanda.
The family also requests guests wear pink in honor of Wanda as she was a six time Breast Cancer Survivor.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, March 3rd at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
