Willie Bee Lorenz

Willie Bee Lorenz, 84, of Somerville, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2014 at her home. She was retired from Frisco/Burlington-Northern Railroad, a member of First Baptist Church in Byhalia, MS and was a former clerk with the U.S. Army Department of Transportation. Mrs. Lorenz is survived by a daughter, Lisa Lorenz (Max) Maxwell of Somerville; two sons, Dennis Lorenz of Nesbit, MS and William Michael (Susan) Wamble of Eads, TN; grandchildren, Lauren and Isabella Lorenz, Heidi (Howard) Waller, Jacquelyn Clements, Sarah Welch, Jennifer (Jeff) Greene, Melissa (David) Steele and Cathrine (Josh) DeLee; great grandchildren, Abigail Waller, Nathan Boening, Lauren Rickert, Michaela and D.J. Steele and Juliet and Nola DeLee; and one great great granddaughter, Ella Grace Garrison. She was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, January 9 at First Baptist Church in Byhalia, MS. The family will begin receiving guests at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Byhalia Cemetery.
