It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ava Lyn Neel-Quiram of Hanna City IL. She left this world at the tender age of 17 as a senior in the graduating class of 2024. Ava's vibrant spirit illuminated the lives of all who knew her, and her loss leaves an enduring void in our hearts.
Ava was a beacon of light and a force unparalleled. Whether she was shopping, riding four wheelers or dancing, Ava's spirit and laughter was infectious, inspiring those around her.
Ava loved deeply and unconditionally. If you were lucky enough to be loved by Ava, it is an experience like no other. Her love and loyalty steadfast and unwavering. She fiercely loved her family. Including her aunts, uncles, cousins, parents, and grandparents. There was nothing that Ava could not forgive.
Both families would like to recognize a special bond Ava shared with her aunt, Valerie Bassett. Ava loved Valerie dearly. Valerie was always there, no matter what or where.
Beyond shopping and dancing, Ava, nicknamed Tommy Lee and Uva by her family, was known for her infectious laughter and boundless curiosity. She approached life eager to explore the world around her. Her free-spirited and inquisitive nature sparked lively conversations and endless adventures, making every moment spent in her company an unforgettable experience.
Despite her young age, Ava possessed a maturity and wisdom far beyond her years. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She radiated warmth and positivity wherever she went, bringing joy to those in her presence.
Though her time with us was tragically short, Ava's legacy will endure through the memories she created and the lives she touched. Surviving are her parents, Kelly Neel and Scott Quiram. Her grandparents, Perry and Lyn Neel as well as Michael and Marilyn Quiram. Her boundless potential leaves us with a profound sense of loss, but also with gratitude for the time we were blessed to share with her.
Ava Neel-Quiram will be dearly missed by her loving family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her spirit continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she left behind. Rest in peace, dear Ava, your light will forever illuminate our lives.
