He was born Nov. 6, 1961 in Peoria to Clifford R. and Della (Calvert) Colclasure, Sr. He was preceded in death by his father and step-father, Vern Shelton.
Survivors include his mother, Della Shelton of Bartonville, two sisters: Evelyn (Gene) Guinn of Pekin, Lisa (Kelly) Wheeler of Lebanon, IN, one step-brother, David (Debbie) Shelton of Chicago, one step-sister, Shelley (Dan) Taylor of Tennessee, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Rick worked for Frantz Exterminating in Pekin for almost 20 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded and private graveside services will be in Springdale Cemetery. There will be a celebration of Rick’s life at a later date. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
