Kathleen Kathy A. Clark

She was born on June 7, 1950 in Peoria to Adolph and Helen (Rellihan) Smith. She married Samuel H. Clark on May 29, 1976 in Peoria. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister at birth and one brother.

Surviving is her husband, Samuel of Bartonville, one daughter, Jamie L. (Mark) Engstrom and step granddaughter Alison, one son, Samuel J. (Tracy) Clark and granddaughter, Jaden. Also surviving is one sister, Sharon (Bob) Caughey and many nieces and nephews.

Kathy was the most loving wife, mother, grandmother and most of all, our best friend.

She worked in the medical field for over 25 years. Her last place of employment was with Plattner Orthopedic Company in Peoria.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 13, 2010 from 4:30 to 7:30 pm; with a funeral service following at 7:30 pm at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Father David Heinz will officiate. Cremation will be accorded following the service.
