Larry was a devoted husband to Cindy Gibson, whom he married at Bartonville Methodist Church on July 30, 1966. Cindy survives him, along with their sons, Troy (Ellen) Noble and Joel (Sarah) Noble. He was a cherished grandfather to four grandchildren: Reagan (Katie) Noble, Henry Noble, Luke Noble, and August Noble. Larry is also survived by his sister, Terri Noble.
Having served in the United States Army and stationed in Okinawa, Japan, Larry received an honorable discharge in 1968. He pursued a career as an engineer at Caterpillar.
Larry was a passionate woodworker and gardener, as well as a hobby farmer. He was a generous man who had a tender heart for his family, always ready to drop everything to help them. He and his father built the family home that became a cherished place for his loved ones. A devoted husband, grandpa, and pet lover, particularly of cats, Larry's warmth and generosity touched all who knew him.
Services for Larry will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Bartonville Christian Church. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. service officiated by Pastor SoeBeck Song. Committal services will follow at Parkview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Forever Home Resale Shop (Pets for Seniors) in Peoria.
