Marsha E. Miller

She was born on July 2, 1952 in Peoria to Vernon and Marie (Johnson) Downing.

Marsha is survived by her mother, Marie Downing; children and grandchildren, Wendy (Matthew) Avery, Kegan Miller, Inez Avery, Noah Avery and Solomon Avery; brother, Michael Downing; niece, April Downing; and beloved dog, Lulu Bell.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Downing; brother, Richard Downing; and sister in law, Linda.

Marsha worked as a paraprofessional for special education through Seapco. She currently was at Pleasant Hill School and spent many years at Pleasant Valley School.

Marsha enjoyed bird watching, gardening, shopping and enjoyed going to target practice. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021 with funeral services to follow at 2 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel in Bartonville.

Burial will be in Fondulac Twp. Cemetery in East Peoria.
