Patricia J. Novotny

Patricia J. Novotny, 80, of Bartonville, Illinois, died Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 2:25 AM in Rosewood Care Center, Peoria. She was born July 6, 1931 in Peoria, Illinois. She was the daughter of Maurice and Ione (Buchanan) Andre. She married William Karl Novotny on December 2, 1950 in Peoria, Illinois, he preceded her in death on March 6, 1986 in Peoria.

She is survived by one daughter, Debra (James) Carter of Wheaton, Illinois, and two sons, Bill (Linda) Novotny of Clive, Iowa, and Steve Novotny of Chillicothe, Illinois. There are six grandchildren, Christin and Kelly Carter, Bill, Dakota, Trevor, and Travis Novotny.

Patricia had worked several years at Caterpillar Inc. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Peoria. Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Father Luis Aponte-Merced OFM will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 PM at the Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel and 30 minutes prior services at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery .
