Paul "Mike" Crowley

Paul W. “Mike” Crowley, 72, of Peoria, Illinois passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Unity Point\Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. He was born on January 31, 1943 in Peoria, Illinois to Paul E. and Myriam (Young) Crowley. He married Sharon K. Manley on October 16, 1960 in Peoria, Illinois. She survives.

He is also survived by four children, Deborah (Edward) Ditch of St. Joseph, Michigan, David (Charlene) Crowley of Peoria, Illinois, Dianne (Joseph Palmisano) Crowley of Chicago, Illinois and Dan (Angela) Crowley of St. Louis, Missouri. He has six grandchildren, Cora, Nolan, Chris, Stephanie, Ashley and Michael; three great grandchildren, Nathan, Catie and Lauren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant daughter, Denna Crowley.

Paul was a grocery merchandiser for 20 years with Kroger Grocery Stores where he retired. He also worked before at various other stores in the Peoria area. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Peoria. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears fan. He loved playing golf. Paul was a member of the AMVETS.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel. The Rev. Craig Hislope will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services on Monday. Cremation rites will be accorded after services and inurnment will be at a later date in the St. Mary Cemetery in West Peoria.
