Phyllis Violet Eddy

She was born January 30, 1944 in Peoria, IL the daughter of Raymond G. and Kathleen J. Hayes Kramer. She married Norman M. Eddy in Bellevue, IL on April 25, 1964. He preceded her in death on October 31, 1991.

Phyllis is survived by her sons, Mark A. Eddy and Michael A. Eddy both of Bloomington; one sister, Carol (Charles) Crocker of Andalusia, IL; one brother, Frederick (Doris) Kramer of Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Phyllis was a member of Bellevue Bible Church, but attended Grace Church in Normal, IL. She worked as an executive secretary at Jumer’s Hotels LTD for many years, retiring in 1990.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Pastor Len Thebarge will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2014 also at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Smithville Cemetery.
