He was born on March 28, 1995 in Honolulu, HI to Hoang and Tracy (Huynh) Tran.
Surviving is his mother, Tracy Costello of Bartonville and father, Hoang Tran of Peoria; two daughters, Maiyah and Olina Tran of Bartonville; four siblings, Alani (David) Delancy-Kalmes, Joann Huynh, Nancy Huynh and Henry Tran all of Hawaii.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Vito Ciaccio and paternal grandmother, Nguyen Thi Dung.
Randy was a graduate of Farmington High School where he played football. He also participated in MMA and loved to spend time with his children. He will be remembered as the "Best Dad Ever".
A visitation will be on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 1 to 3 pm at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Cremation will be accorded following the service.
Memorials may be made an education fund for his children.
