He was born on October 29, 1964 in Peoria to William H. and JoAnn C. (Nelsen) Brase.
Survivors include his mother, JoAnn Brase of Peoria and Florida; one brother, Jeff Brase of Florida; two nieces, Journey Brase of Florida and Linda Edwards of Herrin, IL; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Stanley Brase.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
