Marian Marie Moore

Marian Marie Harris Moore, 84 of Eden, NC, died Friday, July 12, 2019 at Hospice Home of Rockingham County. She was born in Rockingham County December 22, 1934 to Henry Mae Harris and Ora Jane Moore Harris, both deceased. Mrs. Harris was also preceded in death by her husband, Lenford Davis Moore and a sister, Gloria Jane Frye. She was a member of Osborne Baptist Church, Eden, NC. and loved crafts and working with flowers, sewing, cooking and any activities involving her family. In recent years she had made her residence at Bayberry Retirement Inn in Eden, where she enjoyed the love of the residents and staff. Mrs. Moore is survived by a daughter, Christina M. Webb (Mark); a granddaughter, Karaleigh "Toots" Webb; a grandson, Allen Webb; and a niece, Katina Frye. The family will receive friends at a visitation service to be held Monday, July 15, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home, 30 Riverside Drive, Bassett, VA. A private Graveside Service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. Memorial contributions may be offered to Hospice of Rockingham County, 2150 NC-65, Reidsville, NC 27320.
