Sharla Raines Stone

Sharla Raines Stone, age 72 of Stanleytown, VA., passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018. Sharla was born on December 7, 1946 in Henry County, VA., a daughter of the late Thomas Lovelace and the late Mary Cornelia Dyer Lovelace. She was predeceased by her first husband, Stephen A. Raines, Sr. Mrs. Raines was last employed by Fieldale Cafe.

Mrs. Stone is survived by her husband, James “David” Stone, one daughter, Stephanie R. Wynn and husband, James, one son, Stephen A. Raines, Jr. and wife, Tammy, one stepdaughter, Diana Gail Stone, one stepson, James Ray Stone, one sister, Rebecca Caldwell and husband, Michael, one brother, Thomas Lovelace and four grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel in Bassett, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
