Genevieve Teri "Teri" Driver

Teri married James Driver on June 9, 1979. She was wonderful, caring woman who loved baking and gardening. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Teri and had a special love for her grandchildren. She was a retired Home Healthcare Aid with Bluebonnet Home Healthcare.

She was preceded in death by The Love of Her Life, James, who passed in 2007. Teri was also predeceased by her three brothers: Simon, Catarino and Pete Coronado, a sister-in-law Lucy Coronado and brother-in-law Blas Alvarado Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa DeLeon Chapa and husband Wilbert; grandsons Alfonso and James Chapa and granddaughter Avianna Chapa. Teri also leaves behind two sisters, Mary Castillo (Carmen) and Crus Botello (Fred) and sister-in-law Andrea Coronado as well as many nieces, nephews cousins and friends.

A celebration of her life was held at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home in Bastrop, TX on Saturday, March 12, 2016. Genevieve “Teri” Driver was interred in Smithville’s Powell Cemetery.
