

LeBlanc, Annie Laurie Verbois "Anne" or "Sis" or "Gran" passed away at 10:35am, Sunday, March 29, 2026 surrounded by loved ones. She lived 98 years and 88 days. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Anne's long life included marriage to her high school sweetheart Clements Anthony "Snookie" LeBlanc, motherhood, and a vivacious grandmother. Her active memory for names, places, and current events kept her youthful. She had many hobbies including antiquing, cake decorating, and traveling. She was an old movie buff, loved flowers, and dearly loved family celebrations. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 11am until religious service beings at 1pm, conducted by Pastor Ken Courville. Burial at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by her five children, Cheryle (Ned) Preszler, Bonnie (Tim) Cosby, Randy (Lacy) LeBlanc, Kenny LeBlanc, and Cindy (Paul) Patterson; grandchildren, Tammy Preszler, Christy (Jim) Chichester, Jeanne (Ken) Erickson, Morgan (Michael) Hilgendorf, Lauren (Josh) Kawahara, Randi Lynn (Danny) Allgood, Josh (Jessica) LeBlanc, Katie Patterson, Carrie Patterson, and Toni (Wayne) Broussard; great-grandchildren, Ashlynn Prins, Jessica (Bobby) Wetjen, Darren Prins, Josiah Chichester, Korban Chichester, Brynn Erickson and Ivy Erickson, Evie Hilgendorf, Adiel Hilgendorf, Lillie Kawahara, Levi Kawahara, Lola Kawahara, Timothy Allgood, Laurie Allgood, Sam Allgood, Luke Allgood, Anna LeBlanc, Caleb LeBlanc, Naomi LeBlanc, John Wyatt Patterson, Adalyn Patterson; great-great-grandchildren, Lumen Wetgen and Pax Wetgen; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney Buffington Verbois and Edna Bessie Ash Verbois; 3 brothers, Stuart "PeeWee" (Esther) Verbois; Maxie (Sammie) Verbois, Sidney (Gwen) Verbois, and grandsons, Jason W. LeBlanc and Teleismar J. LeBlanc.
