Betty Lou Hebert

Betty Lou Hebert, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, born August 25, 1926, passed away peacefully on October 24 at 97 years of age. She was the second child of Leo H. Hebert, Father and Zita Gary Hebert, Mother. She was retired from Wright and Percy Insurance after 48 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Leo H. Hebert and Zita G. Hebert, brother Leo H. Hebert, sister Victoria Hebert Galtier and niece Victoria Galtier Daviet. Survived by nephew Wayne J. Galtier and wife Andrea, and three wonderful great nieces: Jennifer Daviet McGarity, Claire Daviet Oggs, and Emily Daviet Vincent, M.D. as well as several other great great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, November 3, at 9:00 a. m. with mass of Christian burial officiated by Reverend Charbel Jamhoury at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
