Billie Elise Watts went to be with Jesus on Monday, November 6, 2017, at the age of 87. She was a native of Monticello, MS. who lived the majority of her life in Baton Rouge, LA., until recently, residing in Jennings, LA. Billie was a member of Bible Missionary Church in Denham Springs, LA. She worked at Adult Education and Operation Upgrade in Baton Rouge. A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, Billie is survived by her son, Bobby Watts (Ann); daughters, Barbara Bersuder (Jay) and Beth Atkinson (David); seven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; sister, Helen Lambert; and nieces, Gerl and Pat. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Watts; parents, three brothers, sister, nephew and great granddaughter. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Friday, November 10, 2017, beginning at 5pm-9pm. Visitation will resume on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at 10am until funeral service at 2pm, conducted by Rev. Chuck Norwood and Rev. John McKim at 2pm.
