Bonnie Lou Moore Gwin

Bonnie Moore Gwin, age 89, a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend, passed away peacefully in her home on August 28, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Wiley & Leta Moore of Kosciusko, Mississippi. She was a longtime resident of Central, Louisiana. Bonnie was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. She was a sweet and generous soul that was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Gaughf, Becky Fontenot (Larry), Susan Legion (Michael), and Robin Hatcher (Paul); her grandchildren, Melissa, Angie, TJ, Cari, Tiffany, Amber, Josh, Chelsea, and Jeff; numerous great grandchildren whom she all cherished; loving sister, Lovie Jean Morgan, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gwin; parents, Wiley and Leta Moore; brother, Chuck Moore; and son-in-law, Terry Gaughf. The family would like to thank caregivers, Kith and Kin for their compassion and the care they gave to her. Special thanks to New Century Hospice in Denham Springs for helping us with this transition. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 31st, at Greenoaks Memorial Park at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to New Century Hospice in Denham Springs, LA.
