Cameron Gregory Bordelon, 22, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2014. Cameron was a graduate of St. Jude the Apostle Elementary School and a 2010 graduate of Catholic High School. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University for three years studying kinesiology. Known for his selflessness and love of others, Cameron enjoyed lacrosse, music, watching football with his dad, and hanging out with his family and friends. He is survived by his parents Greg and Terrie Nicholson Bordelon; sister Breanna Bordelon; grandparents Marlene Taylor, Susan Bordelon, and Jim and Jeri Nicholson; aunts and uncles: David Bordelon, Delane Bordelon, Stacey Friedel, Derek and Becky Bordelon, Kevin and Melissa Maranto, and Jimmy and Rebecca Nicholson; and numerous other cousins. Cameron is preceded in death by his grandfather Rodney Bordelon; grandmother Linda Payne Lopez; and aunt Joann Nicholson Bryan. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 from 5pm until 9pm and continuing on Thursday, July 10 from 10am until service time at 2pm.
