

Diane (Adams) Flack a native of Shelbyville, Tennessee and a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on the 12th of April, 2021 at the Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation Home in Baton Rouge at the age of 77 years, 10 months, 4 days old.
Diane had previously owned and managed a nick-knack and bookstore in Hernando, Mississippi, and was then manager of several Waldenbooks stores in Illinois and Missouri. She was an avid reader. Her favorite book was Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and she loved James A. Michener. In addition to reading, she wrote several books on astrology and taught classes all around the country. She was a member of AFA (American Federation of Astrologers) and formerly a Sunday School teacher. Her last wishes were to go to Texas, so her remains will go to the Blanco Cemetery in Blanco, Texas.
She is survived by her brother Kenneth Adams of Mount Ida, Arkansas, her husband Rudy Flack, Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and two sons, Douglas Alan Bunger and wife Gina Marie (Stewart) of Columbia, Maryland and Russell Wayne Bunger of Houston, Texas, two grandsons, Gregory Stewart Bunger and wife Alex, and Christopher Adam Bunger, all from Columbia, Maryland.
She is preceded in death by her Mother, Helen (Jordan) Adams, her Father, Hoyte Elgin Adams, Jr. and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the kind and compassionate people at Canon Hospice, Capitol Nursing Home and Greenoaks Funeral Home.
