David Milton Peck

"David Milton Peck passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 in Baton Rouge at the age of 67. He was a native of Shreveport, LA, grew up in Lafayette, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. David was a United States Army veteran. He was an extremely valued employee at the VA hospital. David was a brilliant man of many subjects, including technology and machinery. He was always available to serve his neighbors and friends. Survived by wife Barbara S. Leachman Peck;  Children David Peck, Jr., Richard Peck, and Meredith Peck; Brothers Richard Peck (wife Nancy) and Paul Peck (wife Deena); Step-children Nikki Cramer (husband Geoff); Grandchildren Mackenzie Peck, Zoë and Molly Cramer; Nieces Brittny Stephens and Ellany Crowe. Preceded in death by his parents Richard Earl Peck and Mary Cathryn Cooper Cobb; step-father Theodore Keller Cobb. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Rabenhorst East, 11000 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA from 12PM until 2PM. A funeral service will be held at 2PM in the chapel officiated by Rev. George Haile. Interment will be private.
