Dianne Smith

Dianne was baptised, communication and married in the Catholic faith. She attended and graduated from Redemptorist High School and attended 1 year of college at St. Mary's College. She worked as a Account Specialist II at Jumonville Votech System and also at State Group Insurance. She was an avid reader, loved to grow plants (she had a green thumb) and loved animals.

Dianne is survived by her mother, Linda Arnould; nieces, Cecile and Camille Gervais, Uncle and Aunt Earl and Catherine Armould Raggio and numerous cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Smith; father, Sidney Paul Arnould; sister, Allison Gervais; grandparents, Sidney and Cecile Broussard Arnould, Elizabeth Simonson and Swen Ekstrom; aunts and uncles, Molly Ann and Patrick Burke, John and Rosalie Ekstrom, Louise Orgeron Hartiens and E.J. Orgeron, Jacqueline Plaisance Cappe' and Clifford Plaisance.

A memorial visitation and service will be held on Thursday, March 13 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, officiated by Fr. Palermo. Inurnment will follow at 2:30 PM at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70816. A reception will be held at the home of Louise Plaisance.
