Dolores Tauzin Dodson

Dolores T. Dodson, a resident of Denham Springs, LA, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at the age of 71. Dolores will be remembered for her love of books and her Cajun cooking. But most of all, the time spent making memories with her “Honey” and family. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Gary L. Dodson, Sr.; six children, Gary Dodson, Jr. and wife, Joy, David Dodson, Sr. and wife, Ashley, Lisa Brown and husband, Pete, Roxanne Disedare and husband, Todd, Toby Dodson and wife, Dawn, Mandi Brown and husband, Buddy; 11 grandchildren, David, Case, Chanse, Travis, Chandler, Lake, Daniel, Anthony, Heath, Cameron and Hailey; great-granddaughter, Rayne; sister, Patsy Chiasson; brother, Kim Tauzin. Dolores is preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Marie Tauzin of Lafayette, LA. Visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 865 Hatchell Ln., Denham Springs, LA, on Monday, October 16, 2017, from 10:00AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM.
